Desventajas: "After rushing to catch my connecting Singapore flight, their desks were closed and there wasn’t an employee in site. Given that airlines can see connecting fights it would have been great to have someone stay back to either give me a boarding pass or help me rebook! UNSATISFACTORY!"

Ventajas: "What can I say about a flight of this length? Its always an epic journey to go from the US to Asia. However I will say that with Singapore Airlines things are a lot easier. Excellent crew who were always willing to help with my fondness for a beer. Food was as expected and up to the standard of Singapore Airlines. All round it was a long trip made a lot easier......5 stars."

Ventajas: "I booked regular economy and flew to Tokyo that way, but put a bid in for premium economy for the flight home and got it. It's not a big upgrade (bigger display panel, a little more leg room, seat tilt and it has a leg rest) but those things made the flight for me."

Desventajas: "I don't have much on the down side front aside from the usual "would like more leg room" and "more seat tilt" so nothing new to report"

Ventajas: "Amazing, amazing service! Great food (including Hagen Daaz ice cream) and good choice of beverages. Lots of different entertainment choices. VERY clean and well maintained aircraft. Staff is always friendly and happy...they really seem to absolutely love their job! Free toiletries in the bathrooms are an extra plus. Whenever there was a change in schedule / plans the captain informed the passengers immediately about what was going on and what would happen next."

Desventajas: "The only thing that did and probably always will be AWFUL is going thru security at JFK. The T S A officials there are unfriendly, sometimes rude, never smiling and often yelling at you or even little kids or elderly people. We are travelling a lot and no other security staff at any given airport is so unfriendly and harsh. Worst thing about going on a journey."

Desventajas: "Waiting on line to check in was more than a half hour although there were probably only 10 people ahead of me. Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

Ventajas: "My luggage was lost, due to an error of another airline. but singapore air took care of it and made sure i got the luggage in Germany - even though it involved bringing it to me to remote location 2.5 hour drive from frankfurt. free of charge. Thanks Singapore airlines!"

Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."

Desventajas: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Ventajas: "El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa."

Desventajas: "La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde."

Desventajas: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."

Desventajas: "Cartagena airport need telescopic direct acces to cabins. Very slow boarding due to climb scalators for people in need like strillers or wheelchairs. Service in flight was veeery slow for business standards. English can be improved. They speak to you when you have headphones on!!"

They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!"

This has not improved since my last flight with Austrian in March 2018. The one reponsible for ordering such junk should be punished by having to eat the muffin himself. Sorry!"

Ventajas: "Boarding was easy. We took off a bit late, but landed on time. Staff was responsive."

Desventajas: "Mediocre breakfast. Entertainment wasn't great."

Desventajas: "Someone from the airlines needs to help people transferring at Paris airport. I was sent to three different terminals (which required two different bus transfers) to get to my United flight to the states. I had been warned by a friend that the Paris airport is the worst. It is! And the airlines should bear some responsibility for the lack of clear information. I could write about this for a long time."

Ventajas: "The food was very good! And the movies you could choose too."

Desventajas: "Flight cancelled morning of the flight and our direct flight on Austrian Air turned into a flight on Lufthansa with a layover in Munich. Not pleased with their handling of the situation and their very blasé customer service"

Ventajas: "The coffee was excellent. It was like something from a fancy coffee shop, not a plane"

Desventajas: "Chicken w mashed potatoes plus potato salad? Too much potato in the dinner meal"

Desventajas: "Flight was canceled and I was rebooked to another airline. Terrible customer service too, polite and sorry, but only repeating their statements over and over again."

Desventajas: "I can't believe they charge extra to reserve a seat. Just charge an honest flight."

Desventajas: "A controlar las personas en cuánto al ruido porque puede ser molesto ya qué el viaje es un poco largo y la comida no es sana siempre dan lo mismo"

Ventajas: "La tripulación era genial. Se me perdió un artefacto y uno de los sobrecargos hizo lo imposible por ayudarme...y lo encontramos. Siempre estaré agradecida! Ofrecían botellas de agua a menudo. Muy bien"

Desventajas: "La comida (pasta) no tenía nada de sabor y mucha grasa. No fue nada agradable."

Desventajas: "El "sandwich" de siempre, literalmente."

Ventajas: "el avion de dos pisos fue un lujo, y me encanto poder comer con cubiertos de metal y no de plastico."

Desventajas: "Mi pantalla se congelo, pero como era de noche, preferi dormir"

Ventajas: "Hay que mejorar los asientos para el área económica en estos largos viajes...el resto excelente"

Desventajas: "Teníamos una escala y como el primer vuelo se atrasó, las valijas nos fueron al destino y llegamos sin equipaje!"

Ventajas: "El asiento era confortable, la tripulación era accesible y presta a ayudar en todo momento."

Ventajas: "era un avión muy pequeño, no se podía esperar mucha comodidad y era un vuelo corto, no hay mucho que decir"

Ventajas: "Todo correcto, dieron tentenpie. No pidieron dni al embarcar solo passbook. Dni en facturacion solo, mas rapido."

Ventajas: "Bastante bien todo!, maletas y material deportivo con recogida en munich rapida. Avisos en movil con la app sobre puertas de embarque y cinta recogida estupenda. Picnic en vuelo. Repetir bebida."

Desventajas: "Muy corta transferencia entre el vuelo Mexico - Munich y el vuelo Munich ademas de que el vuelo Mexico - Munich salio con 20 minutos de retraso, el personal de lufthansa no me ayudo a facilitar mi movimiento a traves del aeropuerto."

Ventajas: "Que la empresa se haya hecho cargo de nosotros y no se desentendió"

Desventajas: "Que mi valija se haya quedado en Frankfurt y aún no ha llegado"

Ventajas: "La seguridad hacia el personal y a los pasajeros, que me asegura la calidad"

Desventajas: "Que, dado que me reprogramaron el viaje por otra empresa, mi valija no fue cargada a ese avión. La estoy esperando"

Ventajas: "Embarque muy rápido, todo en hora y vuelo muy tranquilo"

Ventajas: "La comida, el Avon nuevo, Los baños"

Desventajas: "El espacio"

Ventajas: "El servicio del personal"

Desventajas: "No tiene ningún entretenimiento a bordo"

Ventajas: "Los pilotos son excelentes no se sienten cuando despegan y aterrizan"

Desventajas: "La demora que tuvimos como tampoco la comida. No tiene entretenimiento el vuelo."

Ventajas: "Todo muy bien"

Ventajas: "The time between flights was perfect. Allows you to go from one plane to the other. Go through immigration and arrive with enough time without running from one place to the other."

Desventajas: "It takes them quite a bit to deliver all meals, but because there were few cabin crew members. They do a great effort and do it really well."

Desventajas: "Salimos con 40 minutos de retraso...."

Desventajas: "Los asientos deberían de poder reclinarse algo más"

Ventajas: "El personal muy atento, las comidas ricas y completas, el regreso solo hubo 2 a diferencia de las 3 del vuelo de ida."

Desventajas: "Los asientos muy poco reclinables, casi imposible dormir en ellos a menos que tengas muy buen sueño."

Ventajas: "All good. No problem"

Ventajas: "Tomando en cuenta que tenia conexión de 55 minutos del vuelo de Munich sobró el tiempo por la eficiencia del aeropuerto de Munich. En el embarque no hay contacto con personal por ser automatizado que acelera el trámite evitando posibles retrasos, intervienen para solucionar problemas. El vuelo operó en horario."

Desventajas: "La recogida del equipaje en Madrid tardó más de 30 minutos desde que llegamos a la cinta hasta que aparecieron las primeras maletas"

Ventajas: "El embarque fue en hora y sin inconvenientes. El vuelo salió en horario y llegando a destino en horario. Considerando que es un vuelo de 30 minutos el hecho que economy te sirvan un refrigerio que fue de una oblea dulce y bebidas me parece mas que acceptable."

Ventajas: "Nice service in general, personnel is always kind, and in general they keep up the quality."

Desventajas: "They are delaying more frequently."

Desventajas: "El servicio de lufthansa horrible. Siendo business se les acabo la comida que habíamos pedido. Pasaban de nosotros, solo hacían caso a los alemanes. Me tiraron encima un vaso con bolsa de té, manchandome la camiseta. Parece que les hizo gracia porque se estaban riendo. Dijeron que me traerían algo para limpiar y desaparecieron. Nunca más."

Ventajas: "Solo por el horario que tenía que era por la tarde es bueno y no por nada mas"

Desventajas: "La comida mala. Asientos rotos llegada y salida con retraso que me complico el viaje. Calidad precio un atraco total"

Ventajas: "Han cambiado mi asiento en el último momento y sin avisarme con anterioridad"

Desventajas: "No hubo comida, solo bebiba"

Ventajas: "El vuelo salió con retraso de casi 15 minutos"

Desventajas: "El sanduíche de queso estaba muy bueno"
