Ventajas: "I liked the front & below cameras. I used the pillow for my back. It was a very long flight & we were served two meals, coffee, & a snack. The flight was delayed but they switched me to the very next airline & I still arrived on time. Flight arrived at midnight when the airport is not so busy. No issues with security when transferring planes. Customs waved us through & the baggage arrived quickly."

I had to pay an extra $350 to get my flight rescheduled. I thought that due to bad weather, customers can get flight rescheduled at no extra cost? As soon as I rebooked my flight, both airport in Houston closed anyways. So is this still my fault and did I have to still pay an extra $350??"

Desventajas: "We had a 3 hour delay which is annoying to begin with. They could have boarded us later but they DEFINITELY could have been more polite about it. They announce very rudely that if we didn't like the situation, we should just get off. It's a 12 hour trip. A little courtesy would not hurt."

Ventajas: "We had a short connection after a Korean Air Flight from Hanoi to Seoul before catching KE 085 to JFK. The time pressure was heightened because the first flight take off was delayed. There was an attendant waiting as we deplaned in Seoul who escorted us to the gate and assured us that the plane would wait for us. And miraculously, our baggage tagged for short connection, did make it with us to JFK!"

BESIDES, THERE WERE OTHER TWO PASSENGER'S RAISED THE SAME PROBLEM to EVA WHILE WE WERE THERE IN THE AIRPORT OF HONG KONG. SHOULD EVA TAKES THE RESPONSIBILITY OF IT?"

Ventajas: "Had to request a wheelchair at the last minute. Staff was swift and courteous. During the flight it was rather bumpy so drink/snack service wasn't as often. Flight attendants were minimally invasive for safety belt checks. Food was decent. For the price I paid, at the last minute, I cannot complain."

The flight was so long , there hasn't been much comfort improved for the seats and overall in the past 15 years."

Ventajas: "This flight had one of the best selections of movies I've seen on a flight.....a damn good thing given the 15-hr duration of the flight. I had so many screaming babies around me that the flight attendants helped me to move to another part of the plane. They were incredibly sympathetic and accommodating. Airlines from the USA could learn a thing or two from Qatar Airlines."

Desventajas: "Por ser tan amables. En lugar de servir a todos. Cualquiera que pedía algo era atendido antes que aquellos que no habían recibido vomida aún por ejemplo."

Desventajas: "Vuelo norcturno, de 21:40 a 7:15.... Podría decir q lo único malo es q no dormí nada y siempre duermo en los vuelos... pero es algo q no se le puede achacar al vuelo en sí."

Desventajas: "Flight was 50 minutes late leaving Seattle because Asiana was waiting for a connecting flight. We still made our connection in Seoul so no problem."

Ventajas: "The crew is great. Seats are more comfortable than other airlines. They feed you lots of food. They are my favorite airline."

Desventajas: "Some planes don't have the foot rest. It makes a huge difference in comfort."

Desventajas: "Flight departed and arrived almost two hours late. Unacceptable especially since it wasn’t mechanical but waited for a connecting flight. Now I may not be able to get a ride out of the airport and back to my camp in time for curfew."

Desventajas: "When I picked up my checked luggage, one of the bags had been unlocked, and not relocked. Nothing was missing that I noticed. There was a slip inside from the tsa saying they searched it. I don't know who failed to lock it, but that's kinda concerning to me."

Ventajas: "The flight attendants were very nice and the on-board entertainment options were decent enough. I had the gluten free meal plan which was ok. The ladies were very organized and I got my meal before the rest of the plane."

Desventajas: "The plane was delayed so our supposed hour and a half layover turned into a mad mad dash across the airport and through security, again. It would have been extremely helpful if they could have gotten the two handfuls of us passengers off before everyone else so we could get to our connecting flight with the same airliner..."

Ventajas: "I got randomly upgraded. That was my first time flying business. It was pretty lovely. Lots of room, highly attentive staff that calls you by name."

Desventajas: "I guess the buttons that controlled the seat were confusing but I can live with that."
