I had to take an another flight and arrived at JFK after 6 hours from the original flight. My trip was totally messed up, so I was not happy at all."

Desventajas: "Se atraso la conexion en Varsovia, la señorita recibio la informacion del restraso despues que yo. Me dejaron mis maletas a pesar del retraso y que habia pagado por llevarlas. Luego el servicio de Grund Global que les maneja el equipaje a LOT muy pero muy mala... nunca contestaron el telefono, por lo que no pude hacerl el reclamo del equipaje para darle seguimiento. Luego me encontraron mis maletas pero yo viaje el 4 de agosto al Delta del Danubio por lo que fue imposible que me las llevaran a la ubicacion. Una maleta llego a Bucarest el 6 y la otra el 8 de agosto. Dos dias antes de mi proxima parada en Europa (Italia) cuando llegue al aeropuerto a recoger el equipaje, nuevamente nadie respondio al telefono, por lo que tuvimos que acudir al personal del aeropuerto para que yo udiera entrar al area restringida a recoger mi equipaje. Muy tardado y dificl localizar a alguna persona que me pudiese apoyar en la recuperacion del equipaje."

Ventajas: "Friendly professional crew. Clean aircraft. Very good ticket price."

Desventajas: "Hard to check in online from hotel in Munich. Hard and confusing where and how to check in at Munich airport and very time consuming. Having to pay $20 per bag but not at the check in counter but at another counter and then at the gate counter being call up to get checked that we did pay the $20 for the bags. Made me feel 3rd class."

Desventajas: "You sold me no lagge ticket, and than charged extra"

Desventajas: "We orderd the two tickets with 1 luggage for each person. When we got to the airport they told us that the luggage is not included and we had to pay additional 91 dollar per each luggage. They just tricked us."

Ventajas: "The plane was nice and new. I loved the dimmed windows! I was told by my family about not adequate legroom but it was not bad, even with the middle and window seat (economy). Leg rest attachment was helpful."

Desventajas: "Only issue, when the row in front of me reclined their seats (nice and comfortable angle), I had to recline mine as well in order to sit comfortably and watch the movies. I also had to ask them to fold it back if I wanted to step away, otherwise there was no way to get out from the middle and window seat. The plane was also delayed at the origin, but unfortunately that is very usual for this airline, not sure why."

Ventajas: "Price, many food options"

Desventajas: "Never seen seats so close together."

Desventajas: "I fly 35 years at least 2 times a year to different companies. For the first time in the life of the company flew Lot (and the last) and was unpleasantly surprised: 1. The stewardesses did not hide their antipathy towards the native speakers of English and Russian (they were scornful and rude), although they were friendly and attentive to the passengers speaking Polish, 2. The food is tasteless and small (I have ordinary needs)."

Ventajas: "La comida y el servicio fueron buenos. Entre comidas había buenos snacks en la cola del avión. El sistema de entreteniendo cumple su función y tiene una buena selección de películas y actividades."

Desventajas: "No pudimos hacer el check in online para ese tramo del vuelo. En la página no especificaban el motivo por el cual no pudimos hacer el check in."

Ventajas: "El avión es rápido y el tiempo de vuelo es el que indican. Dan un snack durante el vuelo."

Desventajas: "El embarque se hace a través de la pista. Albert un avión de hélices el ruido es mayor que en los aviones de turbinas."

Desventajas: "The lia St of movies a bit small, menus could be better but they offe the essentail"

Ventajas: "The flight attendants were very accommodating and offered me a better seat so that I could keep my cat next to me as opposed to under the seat."

Desventajas: "Boarding was hectic, rushed and disorderly."
