Pros: "The crew we're super amazing. They made the ride comfortable! The captains are really awesome!! They made ride really smooth. The movies were so great. They made the ride interesting."

Cons: "The food could have been better! I didn't like it at all!!"

Pros: "I like how the crow did help me with my dizziness and provided me with an extra oxygen to breath better."

Cons: "I don’t know, but I always find it difficult with food smells, then make me sick and did today in the flight"

Pros: "Staff were very good . Business class very comfortable. I had low salt menu which was very comforting to be able to choose as salt not good for me."

Pros: "Qatar Airways are still flying, in the midst of Coronavirus, unlike their competitors. This is fantastic! Onboard, there was a full service and excellent crew, all through the night, unlike their competitors during the early days of Coronavirus, when I last flew. Thank you. Qatar Airways"

Cons: "The movie selection, although vast, was not great. I resorted to downloaded Netflix on my tablet."

Pros: "I would have appreciated that with ALL required paperwork, my stay at check in point would have lasted a little less than two hours I spent standing and waiting for a feedback."

Cons: "Updating clients and offering a seat if it’s a long wait could have improved the situation. It is on reception that the business gets its impression. Thanks."

Cons: "No gate for departure or arrival. No business class longe in Cape Town."

Cons: "For extra bag their website says $200 per 50 lbs I was charged $250 instead for 50 lbs excess baggage. Food was terrible and coffee served was cold."

Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."

Pros: "From Geneva to Athens we use the AEGEAN AIRLINES and the flight was very good over all. We had to use the AEGEAN because we missed the SWISS flight due to United's delays."

Pros: "Coach seats were comfortable but if the person in front of you reclines, your video screen will be inches from your face and it becomes difficult to get out of your seat."

Cons: "Crew was not particularly friendly....almost downright rude at times"

Cons: "The flight attendants and employees at the airport seemed completely miserable. I heard flight attendants telling passengers on multiple occasions that because the flight was short they couldn’t help them."

Cons: "They ran out of the dinner with meat option. They offered sandwiches to some people as a snack but not sure why some people got them. The crew is okay not that friendly."

Cons: "they asked us to check in our carry-on because the plane was full.I had important papers so I had to explain my situation. I hate confrontation so I felt anxious and I'm already an anxious flier. I feel that this should only pertain to people with larger carry-on. my was below the average size."

Cons: "Its was bad service. I know its covid but they could have done better. My friends relative took emirates and qatar. There flight was excellent as usal."

Also the 1 8kilo bad allowance in the cabin is a bit unreasonable but I see why they need to because the overhead storage and under the sit storage was less than normal too."

Pros: "Food was really good, staff was helpful and friendly and there was more legroom that I've often experienced. Also - flight was NOT packed - there was actually an empty mid-row seat!"

Cons: "WHEN i ARRIVED AT AIRPORT ON JUNE 3,2019 TRUKISH STAFF TOLD ME YOUR FLIGHT IS NOT CONFIRMED BUT MY FLIGHT WAS CONFIRMED.I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND LOW VISION.I THINK THIS IS TOATLY WRONG.20 MAY I WAS SICK TRUKISH AIRLINES CANCELED MY FLIGHT BECAUST I WAS SICK."

Pros: "Turkish Air’s boarding is very good and their food and entertainment is good"

Cons: "I have flown many international miles and many with Turkish Air. I have seen them go backwards as an airline these past 9 years. No more Premium Economy and very small seats, no more hot towels b4 takeoff, unbearably hot cabins, no good snacks on long flights, etc."

Pros: "The flight and crew were excellent. Turkish Airlines business is always good."

Cons: "The delay leaving Heathrow was not so good.... missed connecting flight in Istanbul and no availability on the night flight. Had to re-book with Air Astana."

Cons: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

Cons: "Klm is the best, even on a 40min they served small breakfast."

Pros: "Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good."

Pros: "Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline."

Pros: "The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable."

Cons: "Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left."

Cons: "The time to catch the next flight at Washington DC and Frankfert was too short. Walked about a mile and half between two gates. Request to change the time slot"

Pros: "It was a new plane."

Cons: "Cleanliness - there was a pretzel and part of chewy bar between seats. There was no water service on this flight of 12 hours plus. There was no option of vegetarian meal either for dinner or breakfast. I did not want any special meal. There is always choice of vegetarian meal."
