Once I'd checked in to the gate I was trapped and couldn't easily leave to get water or go to the restroom, which was increasingly annoying as my flight was delayed. Pretty sure all of this is beyond Qatar Airways' ability to control."

So I paid $150 more over the other airlines for the lay flat seating on my 8 hour flight from Katmandu to Istanbul and another 10 hours on to JFK. Well the seats weren't lay flat so I feel like I got played by Kayak and didn't have a very comfortable flight."

They increase the number of seat which impact uncomfortable leg stretch. But same airline will offer the wonderful plane from Istanbul to new York JFK. You know why???????? Because it's USA :D"

Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."

Desventajas: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Desventajas: "We were 1 hour delayed for waiting to one of the passengers arrive. Which almost made me late to my next flight"

Desventajas: "Retraso de una hora por el vuelo anterior que venía de AMS. Después de eso todo perfecto!"

Ventajas: "Vuelo en clase business. La comida fue buena, pero escasa en cantidad"

Desventajas: "Los asientos business no son muy cómodos, a pesar de hacerse horizontales, las piernas quedan torcidas y el reposabrazos exterior queda lejos del brazo. El personal, muy funcionarial, poco amable"

Ventajas: "Seat reassignment went well. Lounge was a pleasant surprise (highly recommend if you fly out of / through Helsinki)"

Desventajas: "It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin"

Ventajas: "Staff was very friendly, food was ok"

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed multiple times"

Desventajas: "Perdí el vuelo por la legislación cambodiana, deberían especificar que dicho país obliga a estar en su territorio mínimo un día o no te deja salir, por ese pequeño detalle perdí mi vuelo"

Ventajas: "Nothing"

Desventajas: "Flight attendants in majority were rude, didn't care, unhelpful, for business class, service was worst I ever experienced. Plane is old, pretty dirty, they don't care about elders at all, this flight really ruined my whole travel experience, I doubt I'd ever want to go back."

Ventajas: "Everyone was polite and helpful and did everything to make flight comfortable"

Desventajas: "Plane tiny and not very comfortable, but the flight time is pretty short so it is not bad overall"

Ventajas: "I liked all the variety of the meal (many different snacks & components aside from the entree) and the very nice crew"

Desventajas: "No way to control volume of cabin announcements if you're plugged into the entertainment system. Announcements EAR SPLITTING and very painful for anyone using their own in-ear phones. Such phones are very common today, so this issue urgently needs updating."

Ventajas: "Movie choices were good."

Desventajas: "It was cold and very little leg room. Food was barely warm"

Desventajas: "I have traveled all over the world and never had an issue with luggage but finnair lost my bags and have little information on how to help other than a $70 credit which doesn't cover anything."

Ventajas: "Crew was proffessional"

Desventajas: "The crew did not use air freshener and some passenger smell really bad."

Ventajas: "Not much"

Desventajas: "Food was terrible. Entertainment system kept breaking."

Ventajas: "Good food, two hot meals."

Desventajas: "Unfortunately the flight was done by HiFly , not Finnair. Boarding took almost two hours, the whole flight crew behaved is if they were doing everybody a favor by being there. Entertainment options included like 6 movies and 2 tv shows, only 2 movies were more or less new, not much for a 10.30 hour flight. We really enjoyed our experience on the outbound flight with Finnair and were looking forward to this flight also, but Finnair didn't service this flight."

Desventajas: "Late arrival caused late departure for 1 hour."

Ventajas: "Because of the delay taking off and refueling, they provisioned for an extra meal service. Choices were limited, but the food was decent. Crew was generally cordial and efficient. Even though there were only 13 empty seats, they made an effort to find us a place with an empty seat between us."

Desventajas: "We were stopped and grilled by AA personnel as if we were potential terrorists, even though we had TSA Pre-check clearly listed on our boarding cards. flight was 1 hr delayed boarding. Since the plane was a 747 and there were stronger than average headwinds, we had to stop in Bangot to refuel. Net result: 2 3/4 hr late arrival."

Ventajas: "Pretty quick to get on board, entertainment was great, seat comfort was good., wifi and prices were stupidly over priced and slow.,"

Desventajas: "American Airlines as usual has overly priced non-working wifi on a 10.5 hour trip.. He food was ok at best.."

Ventajas: "I was very pleased with the overall experience on the flight from London to Charlotte. The flight itself was very pleasant, the crew very accommodating, & the food, snacks & beverages very good. The entertainment provided was certainly suitable for my tastes & kept me occupied for the majority of the trip. There was also blackout time provided for sleeping. The seats were a little cramped, but overall I rate my experience as very good."

Desventajas: "Some food has too many preservatives, margarine served instead of butter."

Desventajas: "Received an email 30 minutes before leaving for airport that flight was on time. Went to the airport and found out flight was delayed 4 hours"

Ventajas: "Temperature on flight was comfortably cool. Food was delicious and flight attendants were pleasant and attentive. The flight was full but service was prompt. Very enjoyable!"

Desventajas: "The lighting on my screen made it difficult to see it very well...adjusting brightness was not effective. Also, the programming selection was somewhat limited and it would have been nice to start a movie when you wanted instead of waiting."

Ventajas: "Wonderful service and care from crew."

Ventajas: "The flight was operated by Iberia. The crew was very good, the flight was on time and it was a comfortable flight. It was not a full flight (either way to or from Madrid) and there was plenty of room to spread out and sleep which was nice. The entertainment system was great with many options from TV to movies to games and music. The food was only fair but included a meal and a large snack. I will definitely take this flight again."

Desventajas: "nothing to dislike about the experience"

Ventajas: "Friendly crew and clean plane. I liked the ipads and the drinks. It was pretty quick and easy."

Desventajas: "Terrible turbulence the entire way and as it was a smaller plane you could feel it for most of the flight. The food was also not very good..."
